FAQs: Trivia Night 2025

What is Trivia Night?
Trivia Night is intended to be a fun evening for building community while also serving as a fundraiser to support The Westside’s After School Program.

What is the format of the event?
Twenty tables of 8 participants will compete as table teams through 7 rounds of 10 questions. In the event of multiple teams winning a round, each round will include a tie-breaker question to secure the overall winner of that round. After 7 rounds, one table will be crowned the Trivia Night Winner.

What is the timeline for the event?
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025. The check-in team will direct you to your assigned table. Event will start promptly at 7:00 p.m. and end around 9:30 p.m.

What should I bring?
You and 7 friends for your table. Please remember this is a 21+ event.

You may be interested in participating in the raffle and/or heads/tails game. Purchasing of these items can be done via cash or venmo.

Food and beverages: This is a BYO event - feel free to bring snacks, a potluck meal, or take-out for your table. Alcoholic beverages are allowed and must be consumed responsibly. There will be no food or beverages served at the event.

What types of questions are included? 
The event is video trivia - which can include video clips, pictures, audio clips, and more. Each round is structured on a fun pop culture topic through the span of many years. 

How do I register?
One person purchases a table for their group. Tables are limited to 8 people each, with only 20 available - these will go quickly! The table fee is $100 - only $12.50 per person.  REGISTER HERE
